Edwin van Raalte - CEO

Edwin is a highly accomplished global banking executive with an impressive track record spanning more than 25 years. His expertise encompasses strategy development, executive leadership, risk management, cybersecurity, AI and innovation. What sets him apart is his extensive international experience, having lived and worked in 10 different countries across various continents. This global exposure has afforded him a distinctive perspective on international business, technology, innovation, cultural nuances, and the art of achieving tangible results.

He is Co-founder and CEO of ARevolution.org. Edwin is also global head of FoodTech of WhiteCastle Partners Monaco and an advisor of the board and mentor of Vroom Monaco. Prior to these roles, Edwin was an integral member of the Group Executive team at Rabobank Australia and NZ. Here, his responsibilities encompassed the bank's ESG initiatives, marketing strategies, direct bank operations (18bln deposit book) which he co-founded, product development, customer insights, AML and FIU activities, FutureTech program, and F&A knowledge networks. Notably, he co-founded and played a pivotal role on the bank's global Innovation Board.

Edwin is a sought-after speaker at international seminars, sharing his insights on innovation, digital advancements, and the Food & Agri sectors. He has co-authored several books in the field of innovation and F&A, and is a co-founder of various impactful initiatives such as FinCrimeTV, F20, the Global Farmers Master Class, Rabobank's global Banking for Food Strategy (with over $100 billion in F&A lending), AR Experience Truck, Farm2Fork Summit, and numerous digital banking and F&A knowledge-sharing platforms. He is also the co-founder of two successful digital banks and has provided mentorship to over 50 global startups.

Beyond his professional pursuits, Edwin is a dedicated advocate for addressing the Global Food Challenge and reducing Food Waste. He serves as an Executive sponsor of the Australian Network on Disability.
